The 2nd conference for social entrepreneurship “Doing Business The Other Way” was held in the Onassis Cultural Center with the support of European commission and European Parliament on Monday on November 3 2014 and was titled as “Doing business the other way”.
The second survey, which reflects the expectations that had been formed during the second quarter of the year, shows that there is cautious optimism about the Greek economy. It should also be noted that the survey recorded a significant change in business expectations for the better.
The Social Entrepreneurship Awards “Social Business Excellence Awards 2014” was held in the Onassis Cultural Center on Monday on November 3 2014 during the 2nd conference for social entrepreneurship “Doing Business the Other Way”
The institution of Social Business Excellence Awards 2014 was presented on May 29 at the event hosted by the National Research Foundation. The “Social Business Excellence Awards” are part of the 2nd Conference “Doing business the other way” which will take place in November.
The Social Business Excellence Awards are enacted for the first time in Greece under the auspices of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness, in order to highlight and reward viable business plans of existing or establishing social enterprises.
On April 7, 2014 was held the General Assembly of Hellenic Management Consulting Association (ELESMA), where was elected the new Board of Directors for the years 2014 to 2016.
Mentoring S.A, in collaboration with the Developmental Partnership PROSVASIS, co-organized the 1st Social Entrepreneurship Conference titled “Doing business the other way”, under the Auspices of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness. The conference took place in the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The audience response was great and the conference ended successfully.
Τhe action “From Learning to Practice”, was completed with great success. The action was organized by the General Secretariat of Youth in cooperation with the Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms (SESMA) and the Hellenic Management Consulting Association (ELESMA), in the context of strengthening youth entrepreneurship and employment.
