The Social Entrepreneurship Awards “Social Business Excellence Awards 2014” was held in the Onassis Cultural Center on Monday on November 3 2014 during the 2nd conference for social entrepreneurship “Doing Business the Other Way”
The institution of Social Business Excellence Awards 2014 was presented on May 29 at the event hosted by the National Research Foundation. The “Social Business Excellence Awards” are part of the 2nd Conference “Doing business the other way” which will take place in November.
The Social Business Excellence Awards are enacted for the first time in Greece under the auspices of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness, in order to highlight and reward viable business plans of existing or establishing social enterprises.
On April 7, 2014 was held the General Assembly of Hellenic Management Consulting Association (ELESMA), where was elected the new Board of Directors for the years 2014 to 2016.

The results of the project “Support SMEs that is activated in the fields of Manufacturing – Tourism – Commerce – Services under NSRF 2007-2013” were announced on October 30, 2013. In particular, 7,505 projects included in the Program with a total investment budget 929.020.826,04 € and public expenditures 456.643.734,23 €.
Mentoring S.A, in collaboration with the Developmental Partnership PROSVASIS, co-organized the 1st Social Entrepreneurship Conference titled “Doing business the other way”, under the Auspices of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness. The conference took place in the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The audience response was great and the conference ended successfully.
Τhe action “From Learning to Practice”, was completed with great success. The action was organized by the General Secretariat of Youth in cooperation with the Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms (SESMA) and the Hellenic Management Consulting Association (ELESMA), in the context of strengthening youth entrepreneurship and employment.

Mentoring S.A. undertook the “Provision of consulting services for the technical support of Hellenic Center for Disease Control & Prevention (H.C.D.C.P.) in the implementation of a co-financed Action by Own Resources titled “Development of Day Center for prostituted persons and people belonging to vulnerable groups” which is financed by the Operational Program “Human Resources Development”.
