The Municipality of Amaliada assigned to MENTORING SA the development of a Guarantee of Administrative Sufficiency System for the concretisation of Projects part-financed from the Structural Funds, as well as the realization of a Business Plan, for the Municipal Period 2007-2010.
The municipality of Amaliada, recognizing the needs that are created with the arrival of the new Programmatic Period, has decided to advance in the project of benefit of Completed Advisory Services for the support of the Municipality in the development and application of a Guarantee of Administrative Sufficiency System, for the concretisation of Projects part-financed from the Structural Funds. This work was entrusted in MENTORING SA who undertook the adaptation of the organisational and functional structure of Municipality of Amaliada in the criteria of administrative sufficiency that State has established, the growth and application of a complete System of Quality Management, as well as the creation of the necessary tools for the effective support of its project as a potential Final Beneficiary of the period 2007-2013.
Also, in the frames of process of modernisation of the organisation and the operation of first degree local self-government, according to the new Code of Municipalities and Communities, the Municipality of Amaliada assigned in MENTORING SA the support of the Municipality for the development of the operational program, for the municipal period 2007-2010. The Aim of this four-year operational program is the promotion of the local and internal growth of Municipality of Amaliada, in harmonisation with the directions of developmental planning in regional and national level. More specifically, the governing axes of this operational program are:
- Promotion of local Growth
- The internal growth of Municipality of Amaliada as organisation
- Growth of collaborations of the Municipality with other institutions
