MENTORING SA undertook the concretisation of a project in the PREFECTORAL SELF-GOVERNMENT OF ILIA, titled “Study on the application of a guarantee of administrative sufficiency system of the PREFECTORAL SELF-GOVERNMENT OF ILIA, for the concretisation of actions part-financed from the structural funds”.
