MENTORING S.A undertook the development and implementation of a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 standard for China Shipping (Greece) Agency Ltd. Object of the project is the implementation of the company’s quality management system on company activities relating to the planning and provision of containers’ transport and shipping agency services.
China Shipping entered into Greek market since 1999. China Shipping (Greece) Agency Ltd was established in September 2004 and is a 100% subsidiary of China Shipping (Europe) Holding GmbH now. It is a fast growing shipping company, owning a significant market share in container traffic through the ports of Piraeus and Thessaloniki. This fact allows offering high quality services to its customers and having better control and management of the company’s transport.
