<\/span><\/p>\n Μentoring<\/strong> undertook the provision of consulting services to support the sub-project “Operation of a Boarding house-A.L.A of 6 people in Chalandri, Attica” in the framework of the Action “Assisted Living Accommodation (A.L.A.) of 6 people in Chalandri” on behalf of PEGAP–NY, in the framework of the Operational Program “Human Resources Development”. The provided support services will ensure the excellent organization and preparation of the operation of the Assisted Living Accommodation in Chalandri.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The provided services are:<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Implementation of Internal Operation Regulations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Μentoring<\/strong>, in collaboration with PEGAP-NY, will develop the internal operation regulations and will determine the structure’s organization, according to the specific requirements and characteristics of the project, and in accordance with the existing legal and regulatory framework.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Implementation of a Standard Manual of Assurance and Quality Improvement of A.L.A<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The operation of the Assisted Living Accommodation will be based on a Standard Manual which includes procedures that evaluate the progress of the occupants, monitoring and troubleshooting, quantitative (and qualitative) adequacy of staff, personnel training and training of residents, compliance with administrative and management processes, compliance to the institutional and regulatory framework of its operation etc.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Information System Development<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) will be used during the development of the Information System, introducing an innovative intervention of high added value for each occupant and his family, contributing additionally to the reduction of the operating cost of the Structure.
