The development of the «Strategic Business Plan 2010-2013» of ELTA COURIER SA has been undertaken by MENTORING S.A. The aim of the project is to define the company’s strategic priorities for the next three years and to plan the actions that will enable the maintenance of a dominant position in the Greek market.

The Strategic Business Plan analyzes 4 areas covering critical aspects of corporate structure and activity:

  1. Organization and Operation
  2. Trade Policy
  3. Human Resources
  4. Physical and Technological Infrastructure.

This analysis leads consecutively to the formulation of an action plan based on clear priorities, clear goals and specific actions and the establishment of the financial plan of the company’s three-year horizon.

ELTA COURIER S.A. is a subsidiary company of the Hellenic Post S.A. and offers courier services. It was founded in 2001 and it has 21 branches, 42 agencies and 3 sorting centers. It employs 720 persons. Milestone to the course was the successful implementation of the project «Courier of Olympic Games Athens 2004» was a successful milestone for the company. In 2009 the company formed a turnover of 29 million €, which ranks her among the largest companies in the industry.
