Quality Assurance System EN ISO 9001: 2015
MENTORING S.A. applies a Complete Quality Assurance System, which has been certified under the ISO 9001:2015.
The Hellenic Organization for Standards – ELOT ΕΝ ISO9001:2015 (in addition to other requirements) imposes the existence of a system which evaluates the efficiency of the processes realized by the company and the establishment of measurable goals which lead to its constant improvement. Respectively, the Quality System of MENTORING S.A. covers all requirements for constant improvement, including efficiency control procedures for processes of Service Realization and Client Services.
